In order to use the Cutty Cellars website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Cutty Cellars is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Cutty Cellars' customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to
persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order with Cutty Cellars you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years

Cutty Cellars also recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. While we take the upmost care and pride in uploading the correct information about the wines we sell on our website, vintages, labels, varieties and wines are always changing. We try and keep as up to date as possible with these constant changes. In the event of a vintage/label change Cutty Cellars will replace the item with the most current (or available) vintage/label.

Cutty Cellars uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@cuttycellars.com.au
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Cutty Cellars may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. Cutty Cellars Security Policy
Cutty Cellars uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Cutty Cellars or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further
protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the
merchant account held by Cutty Cellars.

Delivery Policy
Physical goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our in house delivery service or via Australia Post within 1 - 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. Wine is normally delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
Most orders will be delivered to your door,
however in rural or remote areas the
delivery will be left at the nearest Australia Post office or freight depot.
A signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is not available
at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for later collection by
you from the nearest local Post Office. The person collecting the wines from the
Post Office must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding
to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working
days, it will be returned to Cutty Cellars and NO refund will be available.
Cutty Cellars will not deliver goods to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any
doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are
obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to
produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the goods.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time
you receive the goods. Please email us at info@cuttycellars.com.au
within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we
can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used,
damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the
product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be
returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs
are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product
via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any
risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise
you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal
carrier. Cutty Cellars will not be responsible for parcels lost or
damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine
purchased fromCutty Cellars (other than a wine marked as “Sold as is -
no refunds or returns
accepted”), then we are more than happy to provide you with a full
refund for
purchases of the relevant wine by you (excluding freight costs).
Provided you let us know that you are not satisfied with the wine within
7 days
of buying the wine, we’ll refund you in full (excluding freight costs)
an amount
equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened
bottle
only.
Typically you will be required to return the remaining unopened bottles of
the wine in question to Cutty Cellars Offices for a quality inspection, and you
will assume responsibility of risk and all associated freight costs. All refunds
are processed within 7 days of your notification or from the date that the
remaining wines are returned to us.
If Cutty Cellars reasonably believes that a buyer is abusing our
returns policy, Cutty Cellars reserves the right to suspend or cancel
the Refund
& Returns Policy in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending
orders
and/or close that buyer's account.
Please note that our Refund & Returns Policy does not apply to
goods that are marked as “Sold as is - no refunds or returns accepted”.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon
delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged
after delivery.
