An elegant and richly layered Tasmanian spirit, opening with delicate notes of lemon shortbread and wild strawberry before revealing aromas of blackcurrant preserve and orchid blossom.

The palate unfolds with luxurious flavours of berry custard and espresso gelato, evolving into dark chocolate-coated cherries, sticky figs, and warming spices. A long, velvety finish lingers with hints of peach crumble, almond meringue, toasted marzipan, and soft honey, creating a beautifully balanced and moreish experience.
